ICA and the Inyo County Office of Education (ICOE) collaborate every year on this seasonal program that encourages literacy and community involvement through events centering on books with the same theme each year. The program begins with a kick-off celebration and continues with workshops, school assemblies, art days, recreational activities, book discussions, movies and plenty of free books! Community Reads has been a strong Inyo County program since 2008
