The Cultural Center believes that recognizing and acknowledging community talent is vital to preserving the culture, tradition, and lifeways of the Nüümü (Paiute) and Newe (Shoshone) people. The Great Basin Native Artists (GBNA), founded in 2014, is a collective of Indigenous artists living in/or originally from the Great Basin areas of Nevada, California, Southern Oregon, Southern Idaho, and Utah. So come on by! We invite you to visit the Cultural Center and celebrate the unique talents of these amazing artists! Exhibit begins February 25th from 10am-4pm, Tuesday-Saturday.
